Kurt Schwiedop is the Vice President – Construction for Builders Trust Capital. In his role, Kurt is responsible for construction oversight, budget review, inspections, and contractor vetting. Kurt has over 30 years of experience in residential, industrial and commercial construction.
He is knowledgeable about all phases of construction, from repair and remodeling to large scale new construction. He has further experience as an owner / operator of both a general contracting company and a plumbing, heating and air conditioning company. His general contracting company was named the Best Builder / Construction Company in Gloucester County, New Jersey for 2020.
Kurt’s construction expertise and experience helps Builders Trust Capital and its borrowers mitigate construction risk through high quality inspection oversight, extensive knowledge of building processes and techniques, deep local market knowledge, and a strong network of suppliers and contractors. This helps borrowers protect their investments. Kurt and his wife are raising five children in Washington Township, New Jersey.
