Anthony Susco is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Builders Trust Capital. He leads sales, marketing and business development for the company. Due to his dedication to customer service, Builders Trust Capital boasts an approximately 80% repeat customer rate.
In addition, his highly quantitative background makes him effective at structuring creative lending solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Through Builders Trust Capital, Anthony and Peter established a strong reputation within the real estate investor community as trustworthy, transparent lenders and operators.
Anthony easily understands a client’s challenges because of his background. Prior to founding Builders Trust Capital with Peter Christiansen, he built a successful real estate investing firm that completed over 40 “fix and flip” transactions.
He has been involved in every stage of real estate investment himself – property identification and selection, debt and equity financing, closing, permitting, construction, contractor management, marketing, sales, and rental.
Before entering real estate, Anthony was a Senior Systems Engineer for the United States Navy where he ran large scale submarine research and installation projects involving multi-year budgeting exercises and vendor management.
Anthony holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He lives with his wife, two daughters and a son in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
